Home Visits

If possible please try to telephone 01786 434720 before 10:30 to request a home visit. After this time, please call between 13.30 and 14.00 to speak with the triage nurse.

Home visits are intended for those who are bedbound, terminally ill or for those who cannot visit the practice.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby.
